Lisa Maxson is a graduate of the University of South Florida with more than 30 years of experience in the medical device industry. She began her career in pharmaceutical sales before advancing into medical device sales and clinical trial management, building expertise across multiple sectors of healthcare.

As Owner and Clinical Operator of Innovation Medical Technologies, she conducted comprehensive peripheral arterial studies to support early detection of Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) and Critical Limb Ischemia (CLI), enabling timely diagnosis and effective patient management.

Driven by a passion for limb salvage and advancing technologies that improve patient outcomes, Lisa joined Cardio Flow, Inc. in 2018, where she provides strategic leadership and oversight in driving clinical adoption, commercial growth, and market development within the vascular space.
